Refund Policy
Refund policy will be voided if,
- A discounted package has been selected.
- The primary design concept is approved.
- Refund requested for Domain & Hosting, plugin purchase, and 3rd Party services.
- Urgent design projects are non-refundable.
- Cancellation due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- Client unresponsive or out of contact for over 2 weeks.
- Company policy violations.
- Approaching another company/designer for the same project.
- Incomplete creative brief.
- Demanded complete design change.
- Refund request beyond the specified time.
- Business closing or changing name/business.
- Refund not applicable for 'change of mind', partner disagreement, or non-service-related reasons.
- Bundle subscribers eligible for refund only for specific services, not the entire bundle.
- No refund after final files delivery.
- Refunds and revisions not applicable to free items.
- Non-refundable services: social media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting.
- Marketing services contracts not refundable after client approval.
- No website refunds after design approval and sent for development.
- No logo refunds after positive feedback and design sent for final files
- Third-party outsourced work not eligible for refund.
- No refund without necessary access credentials/materials within a reasonable timeframe.
- Client-caused delays may void refund policy.
- Refund void if project scope expands after initial agreement.
- No refund for premature project termination without cause.
- Adherence to agreed timelines crucial for refunds.
- Force majeure circumstances may affect refund applicability.
- Negligence or misuse voids refund policy.
- No refund for dissatisfaction with subjective design elements if communicated and executed per instructions.
- Additional fees for extensive revisions; no refund for completed work.
- Non-refundable time-based services consumption.
- Timely notification of project issues for refunds.
- No refund if client worked with the company before and is aware of the work quality.
- Misleading or inaccurate information may void refunds.
- No refund for dissatisfaction with third-party tools/platforms unless affecting project functionality.

- No refund if client neglects maintenance/upkeep best practices.
- No refund for industry trend, design preference, or aesthetic standard changes.
- Termination possible without refund for harmful behavior toward company staff/representatives.
- Note: We have all rights to hold or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After the refund/Dispute, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose, they will be our sole property. The company will be the right full owner of designs.
How to Claim Your Refund
You can send us an email at support@zensolution.co for a refund request. Our billing department will respond as soon as we receive your refund request. The process will be initiated after the required analysis is completed.
